1. You may take this medicine with or without meals when you use the suspension version. You must thoroughly shake the bottle before to each use.
2. Dose adjustments are determined by your individual needs and response to treatment. It also depends on the child’s weight.

Cefpodoxime’s efficacy may be compromised when used with medications that decrease or block stomach acid (such as proton pump inhibitors/PPIs, H2 blockers, and antacids). Consult your doctor or pharmacist about the safe use of cefpodoxime with PPI and H2 blocker medications. Take this medicine at least two hours before or two hours after antacids.

• In order to optimise impact, you should take this antibiotic at equally spaced intervals. To assist in the process of remembering, you should take this medicine every day at the same time.
• Always take the entire quantity of this medicine until it’s all gone, even if symptoms fade quickly. If medicine is discontinued before the treatment period has concluded, the infection may recur.
